The RMV-App: your perfect travel companion - tickets, schedules and current information Easy purchase of tickets: Buy single-trip or daily tickets for adults and children as well as group tickets and the Hessenticket conveniently, quickly and cashless with your Android Smartphone!Current connection information: The RMV-App offers you a fast door-to-door connection information including prognosis data and current traffic information.Your favorites: Save your most important connections to have quick and easy access to tickets and timetable information.Additional functions: - Direct purchase of tickets from the timetable information - Travelers with a valid BahnCard 25 or 50 can use these to buy single-trip tickets at reduced price for supported connections (choose the relevant setting at: Connections & Ticket > Settings > Traveler).

"How does Frankfurt MTA have a worse app than Nuremberg MTA. Has no auto type suggestions for stops and won't find connections from addresses. You have to use Google to find the names of the stops and plug them into the app. It also charges you tax and a service fee for purchasing a ticket, no such tax and free supply when purchasing a paper ticket from a machine at the station. App is crApp."

"I'm no longer able to purchase any tickets through the app. It worked well for the first month, but now I get a message saying "Account is not active" every time I try to buy any tickets. I'm in a small farming village without any ticket machines. I rely on this app to purchase tickets for my commute. I highly doubt I'm the only one who's experiencing this issue"

"Can't be worse. Please develop a new native Android App that actually works. I've to login into PayPal every time I have to buy a ticket. This shouldn't be the case anymore in 2022. App is slow and has a very bad design."

"Total unzuverlässig. Die angegebenen Fußwege sind oft falsch, angeblich beinhaltete meine Route eben 700m Fußweg, was vor Ort per Google Maps auf einmal zu 3.6km wurden. Ich empfehle jedem die DB App-Alternative zu verwenden. Absoluter Schwachsinn."
